This property is close to everything, especially the beach and the shops. It has plenty of parking and spacious studio rooms. Our bed had plenty of room for two people. We enjoyed the quality of the bedding and pillow. The bathroom has plenty of space and good quality soaps, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Staff and service is 10/10. They were helpful and accommodating my special request. The staff is friendly from the start to the end. It made my visit much more accessible, especially since I had a toddler. I highly recommend staying at Quest Frankston! Thank you for everything

The staff here have been brilliant! Couldn't ask for anything more from them. I was down for a family member having major surgery and due to complications had to have an unexpected 2nd surgery. I was able to book an extra day, day by day as needed, with staff ensuring I didn't need to move rooms. Thank you to the staff for easing accommodation issues for me. Was one less thing to worry about.

Maxin at front desk was an absolute gem!! Genuinely lovely and helpful. I wish every receptionist I encountered was even half as great as her. Spacious room, walking distance to everything important, quiet at night.
